Absolutely! The trainer will design your custom workout plan and be present for the entire time to guide you.

We believe that a consistent trainer, who you can build a relationship with, over time is critical to your wellness success. We try our best to manage trainer schedules in a way such that your chosen trainer is available for future months for your chosen dates. However, if you are not satisfied with your trainer for any reason, we will try our best to match you up with another trainer that would better fit your needs at no extra cost.

We accept all major credit cards.

Your Membership is billed every 4 weeks (28 days). As an example, if your membership starts on a Thursday, your credit card will be charged every 4th Thursday. This helps users easily plan their weekly 1-on-1 sessions. Your 1st session is free! Your billing cycle will start from your 2nd session.

You can cancel your plan at any time. We ask for a 2 week notice period to help manage our trainers' schedules. With 2 weeks notice, your membership will remain active until the end of the current 4 week billing cycle and will not be renewed. If your cancellation is within 2 weeks of the next billing date, your membership will cancel at the end of the next billing cycle..

Of course! You can request rescheduling your session with a notice of at least 12 hours before the start of your session. You can reschedule up to 3 individual sessions in each billing cycle. All reschedules depend on trainer availability..

Absolutely! You can pause your membership any time. Membership pause is available for a duration of 7 days or more. During the pause, you will not be charged and you will not be able to take any yoga sessions. Your current 4-week billing cycle will be extended by the number of days the pause is in effect. You may pause your membership up to 4 times within a 12 month period..

Your trainer will wait for you to join your session for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, your trainer will drop off and your session will be considered complete. However, if you pre-communicate a late start and shorter duration with your trainer who confirms this, then you may join the session greater than 15 minutes late. Your session will likely end at the original time since the trainer may have another scheduled class at that time..

Even though we keep your trainer consistent for the most part, trainers also need to take time off once in a while for a variety of reasons. In this case, we will match you up with another trainer of a similar experience to ensure continuity..

If your trainer becomes unavailable due to some unforeseen reasons, we will notify you and give you the option to take the session with a different trainer with similar experience or issue a session credit..

If the trainer is late due to any unforeseen circumstances, please wait for 15 minutes to see if they can join and check your Fitnesskriya email to see if there are any messages from them. If they are not able to join within 15 minutes, we will issue a session credit or reschedule your session per your preference. If they join any session up to 15 minutes late, you can extend your session for that much time if your and your trainer's schedule allows. If you cannot extend the session and want to take advantage of the full 55 minutes, please do not take the class and we will issue a session credit..
