Namaste, I am Shantanu, a certified yoga professional from India. Having completed my Masters in Yoga Therapy from S-Vyasa University, Bengaluru, alongside my assignments with the university hospital as a therapist, I am now practicing, training and mentoring my clients in yoga across India and overseas. Yoga, I believe is not only for general fitness and well-being, but a holistic and therapeutic approach, helps in managing lifestyle disorders, anxiety, depression, hypertension, asthma, stress, multiple sclerosis and other such psychosomatic disorders.
