8-session workshop leading up to 108 Surya Namaskara challenge
Join us for an 8-session journey designed to build strength, flexibility, and breath awareness, culminating in the 108 Sun Salutations Challenge. Each session blends movement and breathwork, guided by expert trainers focused on technique and alignment. Open to all levels—come as you are and grow with us.
We’ll start by breaking down the Sun Salutation with a focus on technique and breath coordination. Light core and strength exercises will help support your movement, along with an introduction to breath awareness.
This session focuses on building core and upper body strength. You’ll practice holding key poses like plank and downward dog while continuing to work with breath to support strength and control. We'll end with a short flow to apply what you've learned.
We’ll begin to move with more rhythm and control. This session includes a strength-focused flow to engage your core, legs, and shoulders. Breath remains central. We'll introduce short Sun Salutation drills to help you build confidence and flow.
This session works on flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, and spine while still including strength elements. You’ll move through short sequences that combine stretching with active movement. Towards the end, you’ll practice 5 to 8 rounds of Sun Salutations with options to modify.
You’ll learn breath techniques to manage energy and focus during movement. We’ll continue building stamina with a mix of core work, strength-based flow, and short sets of 10 to 12 Sun Salutations. Breath awareness will help you stay steady throughout.
We’ll begin with a full-body warm-up focusing on mobility and strength. Then, you’ll move through 18 to 24 Sun Salutations in manageable sets. You’ll be guided on pacing and breath support to help you stay comfortable and consistent.
This is a lighter session to help your body and mind reset. Expect gentle stretching, breathwork, and core stability exercises. We’ll also go over strategies to help you prepare for the 108 Sun Salutation challenge in the final session.
You’ll be guided through 108 Sun Salutations in rounds with options to take breaks or modify as needed. This session is about consistency, breath, and mindset. Move at your own pace and celebrate how far you’ve come.
